Additional quads may be created if roster continues to grow.

I will need Player Name & Approximate Skill Level (i.e., Novice, Intermediate, Expert, etc).
I will make every effort to place players within a field of evenly matched opponents.
This tournament is now free with many thanks to Handley Regional Library who will help fund the event. 
 We are very grateful for their support.
If you are new to tournament chess, please take some time to familiarize yourself with the links below.

For new players, this tournament will be more instructional.  The overall goal is learning and familiarization.

We hope to take away lessons learned and make improvements for the future.
+  We will continue one-on-one workshops and tutorials to teach chess terminology and tactical strategy.  
On Monday nights at 6pm, I give a short presentation on essential Chess themes.
